This Northern California based Italian Restaurant is a California Limited Liability Company and was established in 2015 providing authentic Italian food in Northern California. Founded by a true born and raised Italian, they offer traditional homemade Italian recipes and deli treats such as hot sandwiches, wood fired pizzas, fine imported meats and cheeses along with gelato and beer and wine. They have been voted best Italian Pizza within their county! The restaurant was founded through a dream of living in the United States and opening a small take away specialty shop where they could cook all the recipes that our mothers had taught then. They use truly authentic Northern Italian recipes made from natural ingredients. They use the highest quality ingredients that are personally selected – pesticide free, non-GMO, all natural, and organic. They hold events such as Pasta Nights and Pizza Nights for promotion in the community.

Competition

There is competition in the market from restaurants, but none in the Italian category that can even compare with them. They are a restaurant, deli, gelato shop and pizza place all rolled up in one. They offer to go dishes to cook at home as well as to go already cooked meals and pizza. They were impacted by Covid, as was every other restaurant, but with their to go offerings they thrived and have rebounded to above pre-covid levels. All recipes and knowledge go with the sale.

Support & Training

The Seller is willing to provide training for 4 weeks at 30 hours per week. Additional training from the Seller is available beyond what is included in purchase price at mutually agreed to terms between the Buyer and Seller.
