About Footprints Floors

Since 2008, we’ve taken the standard idea of a flooring company and reinvented it to be a simpler, more efficient, and extremely cost effective franchise model.

OUTSTANDING ECONOMICS

Thanks to our unique flooring franchise model, we can reach and service more customers than any of our competitors. System-wide, our average revenues are over $831,382.

FREEDOM & FLEXIBILITY

A healthy work-life balance is important. Our model allows our Franchise Owners the opportunity to be both flexible and to build a stable and prosperous business.

NO EMPLOYEES, NO SHOWROOM

Footprints Floors Franchise Owners do not have any type of showroom, mobile or brick and mortar. Our home-based concept lets Franchise Owners oversee the business from a management standpoint and hire subcontractors to perform all flooring installation and restoration jobs. This means there is no rent, no build-out, and no HR costs, making our overhead extremely low and margins very attractive.

UNMATCHED BACKEND SUPPORT

Footprints Floors has the leading support system in the home-improvement industry. No other private flooring franchise has managed to master or replicate our proprietary system that we’ve designed specifically for our Franchise Owners. We cover you completely for customer service, lead generation and marketing, and all ongoing support functions.

How Does It All Work?

Low overhead costs. High return-on-investment. A call center that handles and provides leads for you, and more. We are not your standard flooring franchise.

  1. Acquiring Jobs

    • Customers request work through the Corporate Call Center.
    • The Corporate Call Center then refers work to the Franchise Owner.
  1. Confirming Jobs

    • Customers request work through the Corporate Call Center.
    • Confirmed work is then referred to as the Production Coordinator.
  1. Completing Jobs

    • Production Coordinator refers confirmed work to Subcontractors.
    • Subcontractors then complete all confirmed work.
  1. Confirming Completion

    • Production Coordinator confirms work has been completed.
    • Franchise Owner confirms satisfaction and collects the remainder of the balance.

Our Franchise Owners love their Footprints Floors franchise. Why?

Exceptional Franchise Owner Support Model

A significant part of our partnership is providing all of our Franchise Owners with personal call center support. The Footprints Floors call center does the following for ALL our Franchise Owners:

  • Manages all new business and lead generation
  • Answers all new business calls
  • Sets customer appointments, scheduling them right into the calendars of our Franchise Owners

We have built long-term partnerships with practical and proven lead generation and new business companies, who have helped us develop an efficient program for all markets across the continental United States.

  • You do not need a background in flooring or carpentry.
  • Our most successful Franchise Owners have come from diverse employment backgrounds.
  • Regardless of your background, if you’re motivated, outgoing, a great communicator, and customer-service oriented, we welcome you to reach out.
