Founder Anna Philips identified her guests’ “passion for lashes” early, then spent the next several years meticulously refining The Lash Lounge brand to serve the rapidly emerging demand for eyelash extensions. Widely known as one of the early experts, Phillips was primed with the experience and vision to design a retreat for accessible, aspirational, and highly professional eyelash extensions. As such, The Lash Lounge franchise set the bar for expertise, training, certification, and customization—claiming early the premier position in an exploding industry.

• LIBERTY FULFILLMENT & DISTRIBUTION

Established in 2018, our fulfillment and distribution division serves The Lash Lounge’s locations by procuring, warehousing, and distributing our critical salon supplies and products using a state-of-the-art e-commerce platform. Known in-house as Liberty Fulfillment, this facility drives economies of scale, ensures in-stocks and below-market costs on nearly all products. The team takes great pride in “picture perfect” order accuracy and partners with The Lash Lounge and Franworth’s other portfolio brands to continuously expand inventory. Notably, Liberty Fulfillment partnered with BrightStar Care to provide personal protective equipment (PPE) to more than 100 franchise brands in need during the COVID-19 crisis. A true partner helps anyone in need!

ABOUT OUR LASH EXTENSIONS

These aren’t your run-of-the-mill, drugstore eyelashes. Our lash extensions are 100% lush and 100% safe. They’re made of a premium synthetic material and undergo a double heat-roll process to ensure a long-lasting beautiful curl. Unlike other salons, our expert stylists are trained to assess your natural lashes in order to select lash extension lengths and thicknesses that preserve and strengthen their health—no matter what.

• FULL SET VS. LASH FILL

• FULL SET: If it’s your first time getting eyelash extensions, you’ll want to start off with a full set. That’s where using our exclusive lash design technique, we’ll completely cover your lash line with lovely lashes. Depending on the application method and lash level you select in your lash design consultation, this process can take anywhere from two to three hours. It’s detail-oriented work! We take our time to make sure you get the lash look of your dreams.
• LASH FILL: Since we lose 20–30% of our natural lashes every two weeks, you’ll need regular appointments to keep your lash line looking its best. We can restore your lash look to all its beautiful fullness with a lash fill. Most of our guests come in every two weeks for a lash fill. This typically takes about 45 minutes—just enough time for a rejuvenating lash nap!
• LASH FILLS AT THE LASH LOUNGE

If your lash line is looking any less than lush, it’s time to schedule a lash refill. We recommend guests revisit their local Lash Lounge every two weeks after their first full set of lash extensions. It’s not just because we miss you—though we really do! It’s because people lose 20–30% of their natural lashes every two weeks…and, when they fall, your eyelash extensions go with them.

• During your eyelash fill appointment, your stylist removes long or overgrown extensions and replaces those that have naturally been shed since your last visit. The result? You’ll say “hello again” to your beautiful, full custom lash look!

HOW OFTEN DO YOU NEED TO GET LASHES FILLED?

Every two weeks. Period. We can’t overstate how important consistency is to keep those lashes full and fabulous. Stretch this recommendation for three weeks and your lash line (and pocketbook) will pay the price. The longer between appointments, the more time our expert stylists dedicate to cleaning up your lash line…and the less time they have for lashing. Wait too long and you may need a new full set of lash extensions.

We’ve seen lash looks in all conditions. Time passed, of course, is one of the biggest factors. Maintenance plays an important role in keeping those lashes full and healthy between your fills.

Here are some lash maintenance tips:

• Don’t miss or postpone your lash refill appointment. We want to see you! And you really need to see us.
• Use lash extension-safe products at all times. Stay away from waterproof mascara and oil- or alcohol-based skincare products and cosmetics.
• Clean your lashes daily. Clean your lashes daily. Clean your lashes daily. Yes, it’s that important.
• Be nice to your lashes. Refrain from rubbing, tugging, or pulling on your lashes.
• Guests love The Lash Lounge for our unmatched personalized experience. When you visit us, get ready for a warm, friendly welcome before heading back for your lash design consultation with your expert stylist. Together, you’ll determine the custom lash look that best compliments your face, eyes, and style. On later visits, let your stylist know what you’re thinking.
