NerdsToGo focuses on providing excellent customer service through our dedicated call center which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to schedule service calls, process orders, handle customer needs, and follow up on new services calls to retain and build our customer base.

Training and Support

Upon becoming a NerdsToGo franchisee, you spend one-week in training with our knowledgeable team at our world headquarters in Carrollton, Texas, followed by six to seven weeks of additional comprehensive business start-up training.

Your dedicated support team will walk with you through all the processes necessary for launching your business. Our Business Consultants will help you with your financial plan. Our marketing team will implement your initial marketing plan and continue to support you by executing your ongoing local marketing strategy.
