Admin Services

Rytech Restoration offers our Franchisees a very unique service that lowers your staffing needs and better allows for working from home with virtually no staffing to hire, manage, motivate and provide office space to, other than Technicians, in that our Corp office provides almost all of the administrative needs of our Franchisees.

Rytech will provide all formal water and mold estimates, saving the cost of at least one full time in-field estimator from day one by using our provided Xactimate and Simbility estimating software platforms along with our proprietary MICA application for insurance claim processing and invoicing.

Our Franchisees will not need an office manager, assistant office manager, receptionist, or answering service as Rytech will answer their business lines 24/7/365 or an in- house bookkeeper, as Rytech will do their monthly financial reports related to their monthly Rytech gross sales volume.

Training:

Two weeks of Corp training, one of which is 5 days of on-the-job training, followed by 4 days of business startup training with two weeks of prior certification training from outside sources. One 5 day course in water damage and structural drying, then a four day course on Mold mediation.

Total training 18 days.

Ongoing Training via on line tutorials at their convenience and for their staff, on-site as needed refresher training on software, policy, procedures etc, for them and their staff on an as needed basis with real time coaching via an assigned and experienced Field Service Coordinator, assigned from the weeks prior to our Corp Training, with available access 24/7/.365. Monthly group conference calls for operations and a separate call for ongoing marketing updates with input from actual locations involved with their day today local marketing efforts.

Operational and Marketing Tools:

We provide a complete startup package, with printed materials, brochures for handouts, and to mail out, note pads, pens, etc, any and all logos, photos, etc are available for their local marketing needs.

We provide, 24/7/365 intake and dispatch of all jobs that come to Rytech via our marketing and web-page.

We provide the software, that tracks all jobs from start to finish, and they have access to their own dashboard site for all financials related to their location and we provide monthly financial reports on all accounts completed and in process, including the deposits we make to their bank account and the receivable we are working to bring in.

We have a complete back office admin program for all our franchisees.
